Cat (Delete) Power

The S5’s cat delete is almost finished. Here’s what we’ve got so far.

For now, it’s only tacked, but our awesome jig has served its purpose, as initial fitment of the S5’s cat delete pipes was looking to be spot-on. From there, it’s just a matter of finishing the welds and putting it all back together. Here are a couple shots of the tacked-up pipe:

Compared to the earth-friendly catalytic converter above, you already know this cat delete is going to free up some extra ponies:

    that is one persice peice of art, too bad it’s under the car. That really is impressive.

    Did you have to remove the engine to put the test pipes, I have a dsg s4 b8 any idea?

    We did not but it is a tight fit.
