What if I need my purchase as soon as possible?
Our standard shipping method is UPS ground, but if you do need your order sooner please contact us prior to completing your transaction at 630-946-0166.

Ordering
For your convenience, there are 2 easy ways to order products from Fluid MotorUnion:
Ordering On Line
Use the convenience of your computer and the Fluid MotorUnion website to order items shown. We assure that all transactions, transaction data to and from Fluid MotorUnion is secured.
Ordering By Phone
If you would like to order our products directly from one of our staff, please call 630-946-0166. Normal operating hours are Monday-Friday 8:30AM – 6PM, but hours do vary.
Pricing
All prices shown are in US Dollars. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
All shown prices do not include Shipping & Handling charges.
Sales tax applicable on all Illinois purchases.
Payment
Discover, Master Card, Visa, and American Express are acceptable, and transactions will be implemented and completed on PayPal’s secure website.
Shipping
United Parcel Service (UPS) ground is Fluid MotorUnion’s standard carrier and method. Most orders received will be shipped within 24-48 hours from confirmation of your order. Shipping and handling charges are added to the invoice and are the responsibility of the consumer. If you require faster delivery please contact us for a shipping quote. Shipping times will vary depending on the size of the package and the delivery location. Small and medium sized packages generally are delivered within 2 - 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from their date of shipment *(based on UPS standards). Shipping costs will be calculated based on the actual weight of your order.
We ship within the 50 United States. For International orders, please contact the store support by e-mail at _________ or call us at 630-946-0166 prior to completing purchase.
If you supply an email address, you will be notified of the total order cost and shipping details.
Purchases on special order items will automatically be shipped with a signature confirmation request upon delivery. If you wish to request a signature confirmation upon delivery for your order, please contact the store support.
Damaged Packaging
Extreme care goes into the handling and packaging of each Fluid MotorUnion product.
If a package appears damaged on arrival, report the damage to the driver and have the driver acknowledge the damage as well. Ask the driver to note that the package is damaged.
If products appears damaged after opening, contact the carrier immediately.
Take pictures of damage and save all packaging as best as possible for a claim inspection.

Returns
We will not accept any unauthorized return. Please contact us whenever there is a need for an adjustment, return, or exchange. Returned parts must be in clean, unused, original condition, packed in the manufacturer’s original packaging, and received by Fluid MotorUnion within 30 days of date of sale. We will not accept returns after 30 Days.
No return will be accepted without a copy of the invoice/sales receipt number. We will issue you a return authorization number that must be marked on the return package. Our shipping & receiving department does not accept packages without return authorization number. Returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. Credit will be issued within one week of receiving a returned part back. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. There are no returns on Special Order parts.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged/deducted on all returns, regardless of whether the item was ordered in error by telephone or on the Fluid MotorUnion website due to the fault of the buyer.
Limited Warranty on Non Fluid MotorUnion New Parts
All items purchased from Fluid MotorUnion are covered through the manufactures warranty. Fluid MotorUnion does not assume responsibility for warranty of any products. If you do find yourself in the unfortunate circumstance that a product you have purchase needs to be warrantied, please contact us first so we can help you get the issue resolved. The installation of some aftermarket parts might void your factory warranty. You should always consult your local laws before installing any after-market parts.
All new parts are guaranteed to be first quality merchandise. Defective merchandise must be returned at customer’s expense for replacement. We will replace all defective parts which were purchased new, but cannot accept responsibility for inconvenience or losses occasioned by their use. There is no warranty if parts have become defective due to faulty installation or if they have been abused in any way. Labor charge is not covered within the warranty.
Fluid MotorUnion Product Warranty
Fluid MotorUnion warrants to the consumer that all of our custom & high performance products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from date of the original purchase. Products that fail within this 6 month warranty period will be repaired or replaced at Fluid MotorUnion’s option, when determined by Fluid MotorUnion that the product failed due to defects in material or workmanship. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the part when limited for street use. Any competitive, driver instructional course, or motorsport use voids all warranties.
In no event shall this warranty exceed the original purchase price of the warranted part nor shall Fluid MotorUnion be responsible for special, incidental or consequential damages or cost incurred due to the failure of this product. Warranty claims to Fluid MotorUnion must be transportation prepaid and accompanied with dated proof of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of product and is non-transferable. All implied warranties shall be limited in duration to the said 6 month warranty period. Improper use or installation, use for racing, accident, abuse, unauthorized repairs or alterations voids this warranty. Fluid MotorUnion disclaims any liability for consequential damages due to breach of any written or implied warranty on all products manufactured by P&L.
This warranty only covers parts manufactured and fabricated by Fluid MotorUnion. Aftermarket parts included as part of any “kit” that should fail are covered under their respective manufacturer’s warranties. Warranty returns will only be accepted by Fluid MotorUnion when accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please follow the Return Policy stated above.
If you have a warranty issue, please call (630) 946-0166. A proof of purchase is required for all Fluid MotorUnion warranty claims.
Pulstar Plugs
If Pulstar Plugs are damaged upon receipt of delivery, they may be returned to Fluid MotorUnion for an exchange of new plugs. Fluid MotorUnion and/or Enerpulse Incorporated are NOT responsible for plugs damaged upon installation, and they will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Return shipping is not the responsibility of Fluid MotorUnion, but the responsibility of the buyer. Enerpulse Incorporated offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee for all Pulstar Plugs. If you are not satisfied with your Pulstar Plugs, do NOT contact Fluid MotorUnion. Please contact Pulstar directly at 1.888.800.6700.

Fraudulent Orders
We will seek to prosecute any and all fraudulent transactions. We use all means necessary to convict including recording of IP addresses. All fraudulent orders will be filed with the IFCC (Internet Fraud Complaint Center). By visiting this website, you are accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy. Any external links to other websites are clearly identifiable as such, and we are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of these other sites.
Types of Information Collected
