Know When To (Mani)fold ‘Em

Today, we bring you the stunning conclusion to the saga of building Perry’s 190E turbo manifold.

When we left off on Wednesday, there was one runner completed while we waited for more straight piping to arrive. Well, it arrived shortly after the blog was posted, so by the time your intrepid photographer walked back over to fabrication, they’d already completed the second runner and were working on the third:

With a little more welding, the fourth was tacked into place and the whole assembly was ready for the final welds. Add a bit more time and some more welding, and boom, one complete manifold. And what always comes with our blog posts about our fabrication efforts? You guessed it, gratuitous welding shots!

And here is the final copy of Perry’s turbo manifold in its proper location — right under the turbo.
